Anglesea Self-Storage is a secure undercover self-storage facility located in the Anglesea industrial estate.
Storage units are available for short or long term rental.
The renter provides a padlock, and has exclusive access to the storage unit for the duration of the rental contract.
Rental contracts are in the form of a standard self-storage agreement, as determined by the Self-Storage Association of Australia.
Our Facilities
Anglesea Self Storage offers large, medium and compact storage units for short or long term rental.
Our large units are 5.2m x 2.7m x 3m (h) approx. The rental for a large space is $260 plus GST ($286) per calendar month
Medium units are 3.5m x 2.7m x 2.4m (h) approx. The rental for a medium unit is $220 plus GST ($242) per calendar month
The compact units are 2.7m x 2.4m x 3m (h) approx. The rental for a compact space is $170 plus GST ($187) per calendar month.
Rent is payable monthly in advance, and we accept payment by direct bank transfer.
After completing a rental contract, the renter provides a padlock to secure the storage space. Only the renter has access to the storage pace for the duration of the rental contract. The renter may access the storage space on every day between 6 AM – 8 PM. Access outside of these hours may be possible with advance notice.
Please note: Anglesea Self Storage does not provide insurance – we strongly recommend that you take out insurance cover for your stored goods.
Of course dangerous goods may not be stored. All other conditions are detailed in the standard self-storage agreement.
